Listen to Your Breath.
Don't Just Breathe. Experience It. Walk With It.
You just breathe. MindOFF helps guide you toward a path of inner peace — where the mind can find calm, clarity and peace.
Breathing is something you do naturally every moment, but you rarely notice it. When you bring your attention to your breath, it gives your mind something simple and immediate to focus on. MindOFF builds on this natural connection by capturing your breathing in real time and bringing it into the experience, helping you become more aware of your breathing, your attention and the present moment.
Your rhythm is already within you.
MindOFF helps you listen to that rhythm and follow it for a few moments — creating a simple, structured pause to step away from mental distraction, relax and return to your day with greater awareness and focused attention.
How Are You Feeling Today?
Every feeling is valid.
Your journey starts where you are. Sometimes it isn't the practical things that shape where we go — it's the emotions we carry with us. MindOFF is designed to give you a simple way to pause, notice what you're feeling and reconnect with your breathing.

Sometimes your mind doesn't need more information. It needs a moment to pause.
When your thoughts keep moving, meditation can sometimes feel difficult to begin. MindOFF gives you another way to start — by bringing your attention to something you already have: your breath.
You don't have to stop every thought.
You simply give your attention somewhere to return.
I think of it like giving your mind a microphone.
The idea for MindOFF started with something noticed repeatedly in the founder's own office. Close friends would visit, and while they sat outside his glass-partitioned office, he began to notice the same thing again and again — they would quietly move their hands or fingers, seemingly lost in their thoughts.
Deeper conversations with them revealed a pattern: mental pressure, overthinking, restlessness, and difficulty feeling mentally calm. It reminded him of periods in his own life when his mind had felt "locked" — difficult to use normally for thinking, researching, planning and operating. It raised a simple question: why can our own mind sometimes feel like it operates us, rather than us consciously directing it?
One day, alone in a dark and quiet office, he noticed his own breathing. He began focusing on its sound and rhythm, and the experience made him feel more present and aware. That led him to explore the relationship between breathing, attention, awareness and the present moment more closely. As he puts it, "I think of it like giving your mind a microphone."
This exploration led to a question: could a device help someone intentionally enter a more focused, present state through a structured experience? What followed touched on relaxation, focus and concentration, reducing restlessness, meditation-like experiences, mindfulness and present-moment awareness, and managing overthinking to find mental calm and clarity. Even in early experiments, a short experience was enough to make him feel more relaxed.
That led to the idea of a dedicated device — something that could make the experience more structured, repeatable and accessible, rather than depending entirely on a person's own ability to meditate or concentrate alone.
That is ultimately why I felt MindOFF needed to exist: to create a simple, practical way for people to intentionally step away from mental overload and experience a moment of calm, awareness, and focused attention.
